  • The Test Delivery System universal tool known as “Reading Mode” was removed from the Summative ISAT ELA/Math tests. The “Reading Mode” tool continues to be available on the ISAT Practice andTraining ELA/Math tests.

For students testing on the Summative ISAT ELA/Math tests without the “Reading Mode” tool, Test Administrators may instruct students to navigate through the passage or stimulus by using the scroll bar. They may also indicate the option to expand the passage or stimulus so it takes up a larger portion of the screen by selecting the left and right arrows located in the top right corner of the passage or stimulus.
