  • The Test Administration Interface and Student Interface Video Tutorial is now available in the ELA/Literacy & Math AssessmentsScience/EOC Assessments, and Alternate Assessments ELA & Math resources section under the System Information - Training Modules sub-folder.

  • The paper test material initial order window for accommodated paper testing (regular print, large print, and Braille) begins today, Friday, January 4 and will end on Friday, February 15. The initial order window guarantees materials will arrive in districts prior to the paper testing window, which begins Monday, April 1 and ends on Friday, May 10. Materials ordered by February 15 will arrive on Monday, March 18; however, if your district is on Spring Break that week your materials will arrive on Monday, March 25. Materials will continue to be available to order through Friday, May 3. Any orders past February 15 will not be guaranteed for arrival prior to the testing window.

    Once student testing is complete, the proctor will need to transcribe student responses in the Data Entry Interface (DEI). All student responses will need to be entered into the DEI by Friday, May 17.

    The order form for paper test materials is available in the ELA/Literacy & Math Assessments, Science/EOC Assessments, and Alternate Assessments ELA & Math resources section under the Accessibility & Accommodations sub-folder. These materials must be ordered by a District Administrator (DA) or a District Coordinator (DC).

  • The TIDE Part 1 and Part 2 Video Tutorials are now available in the ELA/Literacy & Math AssessmentsScience/EOC Assessments, and Alternate Assessments ELA & Math resources section under the System Information - Training Modules sub-folder. These new resources provide guidance on the steps in TIDE that must be taken before, during, and after student testing. Part 1 includes details on activating your TIDE password, logging in, and resetting your password, as well as the tasks required to add, view, and edit users, students, and student test settings. Part 2 includes details on creating and printing rosters, printing test tickets and student test settings, and the several reports available for monitoring test progress throughout your district or school.

  • AIR will be releasing updated Secure Browsers on Wednesday, November 28. Due to this new release, we will extend support for old versions of the Secure Browsers through Monday, December 31. Please keep advised that computers used for student testing will need to updated with these new browsers no later than December 31.

  • A new portal search feature is available which enhances the Advanced Search field in the resources section of the ISAT portal. This new feature will now sort search results according to the most recent date a resource was modified.
