  • The Understanding Student's Score Reports parent and family brochures for ISAT ELA & Math, Science & End-of-Course, and Alternate Assessments for the 2018-2019 school year have been added to the ELA/Literacy & Math Assessments, the Science/EOC Assessments, and the Alternate Assessments ELA & Math Resources section in the Reporting sub-folder. They are intended to provide guidance on understanding the score report, answer a few frequently asked questions about the test, and offer direction on where to go to find additional resources. • The Enhanced AIRWays Reporting Pilot is now accessible as a portal card on the ELA/Literacy & Math assessment page. In addition to integrating the Summative assessments into the AIRWays system, there will be several additional features. These features include the availability of ISRs, the ability to breakdown reports by demographics and the addition of a reporting data feature which allows users to see their reports as they existed on any given date. The pilot system will be available until Friday, July 19. The site can be entered by using your AIR Systems login. The AIRWays Reporting Online User Guide is available by clicking the Help button. This user guide provides complete information on all AIRWays Reporting functions. Please contact the Help Desk with any questions. Feedback on this new system is highly valuable as it provides insight into how the system can be improved. Please use the link on the home page of the portal (coming next week) to access the form where you can provide your comments.

  • The Paper Test Window opens today, Monday, April 1, and will close on Friday, May 10. Paper test materials ordered for students requiring this accommodation should now be available at all districts. If materials have not arrived, please contact the Idaho Help Desk.

Students should respond directly into their paper test booklets. Once testing is completed, test proctors will need to transcribe student responses into the Data Entry Interface. The card to access the Data Entry Interface (DEI) can be found on any one of the Assessment pages. As soon as student responses are finished and test are submitted in the Data Entry Interface, materials should be returned to MI and AIR according to the Return Instructions received with the paper test materials. The last day to enter student responses in the Data Entry Interface is Friday, May 24.
